In this Privacy Policy, “Fidelity Arms,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Echelon Right, LLC, doing business as Fidelity Arms. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website, creating an account, making a purchase, registering for training, or otherwise interacting with us.
By using the website or our services, you acknowledge the information practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and mailing address
- Account information, such as your username, password, account preferences, and profile information
- Transaction information, such as products or services purchased, payment status, purchase date, purchase amount, refunds, and billing information
- Course and membership information, such as enrollment, lesson progress, completion history, quiz results, downloaded materials, and membership status

- Community content, such as posts, comments, photographs, or other information you submit through a member community or discussion area

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and it is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
1.2 Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments, issue refunds, prevent fraudulent transactions, and provide related payment services.
When you make a purchase, Stripe may collect and process your name, email address, billing address, payment method information, transaction amount, purchase date, device information, and other information necessary to complete or secure the transaction.
Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe. Fidelity Arms generally does not receive or store your complete payment card number or card security code. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, card type, the last four digits of the payment card, billing information, and a transaction identifier.
Stripe processes personal information according to its own privacy policy and the services it provides to Fidelity Arms. Stripe may also use cookies and similar technologies for payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and service improvement.

When you access the website or our services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

When you select an affiliate link, the applicable merchant, affiliate network, or service provider may use cookies, tracking links, pixels, or similar technologies to determine that you were referred by Fidelity Arms. If you make a qualifying purchase or complete another qualifying action, Fidelity Arms may receive a commission, referral fee, credit, or other compensation.
The merchant or affiliate network may collect:

- Information concerning a resulting purchase or transaction
Fidelity Arms may receive reports identifying completed referrals, purchases, commission amounts, or general campaign performance. Depending on the program, these reports may contain aggregated information or limited transaction information. Fidelity Arms generally does not receive the complete payment information you provide to the third party merchant.
Third party merchants and affiliate networks process information according to their own privacy policies. Fidelity Arms does not control their privacy or security practices.
We will disclose compensated affiliate relationships clearly and conspicuously where required. The presence of an affiliate relationship does not increase the price you pay unless otherwise expressly stated.

12. California Privacy Disclosures
This section applies to California residents when the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Fidelity Arms.

- Commercial information, such as purchase, membership, referral, and transaction records

We collect, use, and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Fidelity Arms does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection. California residents may exercise applicable rights using the methods described in Section 11.

Fidelity Arms is based in the United States. When you use our services, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email messages by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us.
Even after you unsubscribe from promotional communications, we may continue to send nonpromotional messages concerning your account, purchases, course access, safety, security, or changes to our services.
15. Public and Community Areas
Information you post in a public or member community area may be visible to other users. Those users may view, save, copy, or disclose the information outside the platform.
Do not post information that you want to remain confidential. Fidelity Arms is not responsible for another user’s independent use of information you choose to make available to that user.
16. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Individuals under the age required to enter a binding contract in their jurisdiction may use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Separate age, eligibility, waiver, and parental consent requirements may apply to participation in an in person firearms training course.

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, merchants, affiliate partners, or services operated by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy, security, content, availability, products, or conduct.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, vendors, or legal obligations.
The revised Privacy Policy will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
